By accessing or using Orkelix, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all platform users.

2. Service description

Orkelix is a SaaS platform that allows you to create and manage teams of artificial intelligence agents to execute internal operations. The service includes agent creation, task execution, knowledge base, automations, and integrations with communication channels.

3. Account and responsibilities

By creating an account, you are responsible for:

• →Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• →All activities performed under your account
• →Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• →Providing truthful and up-to-date registration information

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Orkelix for:

• →Illegal activities or those that violate third-party rights
• →Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
• →Attempting to access systems or data from other companies
• →Using agents to collect or process personal data without legal basis
• →Intentionally overloading our infrastructure
• →Reverse engineering or copying our technology

5. Plans and payments

Orkelix offers free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• →Charges are processed monthly via Stripe
• →Unused credits don't roll over to the next period
• →Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• →We don't provide prorated refunds for early cancellations
• →Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

6. Intellectual property

Orkelix and all its content, functionality, and technology are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content generated by agents from your instructions and data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Orkelix is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results generated by agents will always be accurate.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months. We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep Orkelix available 99.5% of the time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We're not responsible for downtime caused by third parties (cloud providers, AI APIs, etc.).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, with or without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time in the platform settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by US laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delaware, with waiver of any other, however privileged.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
